Logistics

Most companies with logistical requirements struggle to get the right product in the right place at the right time at the lowest cost,
a simple concept, extremely difficult to consistently achieve. It requires combining multiple supply chain disciplines and activities; the main ones being manufacturing or supply warehousing, transport and the systems that enable materials to be delivered on time and in a cost effective manner.
GCC extensive expertise and experience in international logistics and supply chains ensures we can advise and manage the logistics and material supply for our clients working on projects wherever they may be located around the globe.
From the time our clients commission us to undertake their logistics project to the time we deliver the materials to site we use our extensive experience to develop a bespoke strategy that identifies the priorities, ensuring that materials, products and services are delivered to site cost effectively and on time.
We specialise in assisting companies in delivering materials, products and services to difficult to access sites and are able to provide specialised outsourcing logistics operations to clients in Central and South America, Caribbean, Middle East and USA.

Outsourcing

As a leading global strategy and operations consulting firm we provide advanced outsourcing consulting services that set us apart from conventional sourcing advisors, we operate across several key areas.
While traditional sourcing advisors limit their focus to getting the best price for the “deal,” GCC outsourcing consulting adopts a broader focus on optimizing process performance. Viewing the outsourcing initiative as a means to the end of improved process efficiency and effectiveness, We strive for an outsourcing solution that best balances ROI, speed to benefits, and risk mitigation.
RFP Process ,conventional outsourcing consulting firms tend to employ a “procurement focused” RFP approach that’s highly structured and formulaic , a system that was copied from the IT outsourcing sector, this methodology is poorly suited to the less mature markets for logistics, construction, HR and procurement outsourcing. By contrast, GCC outsourcing consulting deploys a flexible RFP process that aims to quickly drive innovative solutions, in collaboration with strategic providers.
GCC helps it’s client’s develop long-term outsourcing solutions that support our clients’ needs ensuring they achieve outstanding results.

Our project management philosophy is to provide each of our clients with a tailored service that fits their exact requirements, our project management teams primary aim is to quickly assimilate with a clients priorities so they can develop a clear understanding of the client’s value drivers, this in turn enables them to keep the wider team aligned with the business strategy behind the project.
Our project managers act as trusted advisors to our clients: a single point of responsibility for project performance from inception, to business case preparation and briefing, through to design, approvals and then finally construction, commissioning and handover.
The GCC team aims to eliminate inefficiencies, create supply chain value and prevent re-work. Best in class process combined with a people centric collaborative approach will ensure that we get the very best result out of each and every project we manage.
